Maid Service

A midweek or weekly maid service can be arranged for you or your clients at convenient times to suit you or your guest’s schedule. This will add the feeling of luxury to anyone’s stay.

Linen Service

Professionally laundered linen can be prepared before either you or your guests' arrival. Fresh towels placed in the bathroom and freshly made beds can make such a difference after a tiring flight.

Upholstery, Rug & Carpet Cleaning

At OPI we are proud to be able to offer a comprehensive and professional deep cleaning service for upholstery, rugs, carpets, mattresses and fabric head boards.

Check In / Check Out Service

Upon arrival at your holiday destination, whether you are a property owner or taking a holiday with us we can meet and escort you to your accommodation. Once inside the property we will familiarise you or your guests with all appliances, locks, alarms etc. Once the stay is over we will inspect and secure the property.

Airport Pick-Up Service

We can quickly and simply arrange for you or your guests to be picked up from any airport and chauffeur driven to your holiday home. Prices start at just €25 so please contact us for more information.

Car Hire

As part of our endeavours to provide superb customer care we can arrange car hire for you or your guests. Following a simple procedure a suitable vehicle can be delivered to the airport ready for your arrival along with directions to your holiday home.

Welcome Grocery Packs

A pack of essential items will be waiting for you or your clients upon arrival. For your convenience we have created two Welcome Packs, the Standard and the Deluxe. The Standard pack consists of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, cereals, water, preserves, bacon, eggs, orange juice and a bottle of wine. The Deluxe contains the basics as in the Standard, but with a few extras. You can of course customise the packs to your own individual requirements or for a special occasion with champagne and flowers.

Inventories

Vital for any insurance claim and to ensure that your belongings are safe when renting out your property we are able to provide full and complete inventories.

We can visit your property on your instruction and check that your security has not been breached and report our findings back to you giving you peace of mind.

Emergency Call Outs

In the event of an emergency we have a senior member of staff on call at all times, day or night. In April of 2006 we launched our 24/7 service which ensures that in the case of any issues with your property, such as flooding, a qualified and trustworthy tradesperson, (well known to us at OPI) will be at your property within an hour.

Mail Collection

For your convenience, security and peace of mind your mail can be redirected to our office.

Garden Maintenance

Just as in the UK, gardens in Europe need year round maintenance such as weeding, mowing, cutting back, pruning and general tidying up. We are pleased to be able to offer a professional garden maintenance service.

Pool Maintenance

Pool maintenance is vital when protecting your investment. OPI-Rentals can offer you a weekly pool cleaning service including all chemicals.

Jet / Pressure Washing

Using a high powered pressure washer we can clean patios, terraces and pool areas. On arrival at your holiday home after a tiring flight we know that the last thing that anyone wants to do is sweeping the dust from the patio. Let us take that burden away from you.

When you only spend a short period of the year in a property we understand that you do not want to have builders and decorators disrupting your relaxation time. We can arrange for general maintenance and any redecoration of your holiday home ensuring you feel safe in the knowledge that OPI is taking care of everything for you.
