PROFESSIONAL DEPARTURE CLEAN FOR YOUR HOLIDAY HOMES

At OPI Rentals we are in an unique position to offer professional cleaning services. On each holiday booking a departure clean and a linen fee will be charged. This ensures that all properties are properly prepared and cleaned for each guest upon arrival. Two sets of linen are provided with each stay and includes, bath towels, hand towels and bed linen for each bed. Linen is inventoried after each stay and guests are responsible to ensure the same number of linen are in the property at the time of departure to avoid loss charge for replacement.

The Departure Clean for Holiday Homes consists of

• Remove and collect dirty linen and towels
• Empty and remove all rubbish including perishable food
• Sweep, wash floors
• Dust furniture and shelving
• Make and prepare bed with clean linen ready for use
• Clean kitchen hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toasters, kettles
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms
