During the ownership of an overseas property there will be from time to time the need to carry out what is deemed "general maintenance". OPI Rentals, as in all our tradespeople, have dedicated maintenance personnel for any number of situations that may arise.

Our general maintenance team inspect and diagnose problems and determine the best way to correct them and obtain supplies and repair parts from distributors. Using common hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, saws, drills, wrenches, and hammers, as well as specialized equipment and electronic testing devices, our workers replace or fix worn or broken parts, where necessary, or make adjustments to correct malfunctioning equipment.

On your request our maintenance team can also perform general preventive maintenance and ensure that your property can be rented efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Our maintenance and repair workers will keep records of their work.
