OPI Rentals have a maintenance team of gardeners that will carry out gardening jobs from simple clearing to a full landscape service including pool design, water features and the ever popular decking options. If your garden requires regular maintenance then we can provide weekly gardening service personnel that will maintain the upkeep of your garden and send regular photos via email. Tree cutting and removal are also services that have been recently required as well as landscaping large areas of land into a very pleasing and welcoming sight. We can also advise on which types of plants and trees that are appropriate for your house and the environment that we have here in Spain.

A complete service is available for clients in the Costa Blanca Area which suits the needs of you the client and the needs of the garden or terrace at a competitive price. After an initial consultation a detailed analysis and annual maintenance plan is drawn up to ensure you understand how your garden works, itemizing every detail of the maintenance and the costs involved.

The visits can be weekly, two-weekly, or monthly. With duties ranging from grass-cutting to cleaning and weeding, monitoring of irrigation systems, pool cleaning and maintenance, photo-sanitary treatments and seasonal pruning.

If you intend to own your own pool you need to understand from the very beginning that a certain amount of maintenance, preferably daily, is going to have to be carried out. Either you will have to do it, or pay someone else. On a daily basis you should remove from the pool any leaves which may have blown into it and the many various insects, some quite large, which have drowned whilst trying to take up water. The dust, which will be quite a lot here in Spain because of it's climate, will also need removing from your pool but this can be done automatically, by one of the devices which crawls along the floor and walls of your pool. If you use a "crawler" when your filters are running, depending upon the type you buy, as little as 45 minutes maintenance a day should prove more than adequate.
