		Overseas Property Investments (OPI Rentals - Property Management and Lettings) started life in 2002. Originally an Estate Agency it was not long before the Directors spotted a desperately needed service. After caring for properties in Spain for family and friends based in the UK it was soon obvious that this was the way forward for OPI. They set up a specialist company which was above all legal and professional. Since stopping selling properties 2004 OPI Rentals has gone from strength to strength as a professional property management company. OPI Rentals now looks after more properties than any other company on the coast of Spain, and is the fastest growing property management company in the area.
Before OPI Rentals became in existence, properties were being cared for by neighbours - which would then invalidate insurances for theft as they were not legal key holders.

OPI Rentals were professional from the beginning by producing an impressive brochure that set out the services on offer. OPI Rentals installed management processes and set the benchmark for service levels within the industry.

Through this growth the Directors were asked to present to leading industry company seniors and staff on the rental and management marketplace in Spain.
