We understand that sometimes it is those little extras that make the difference to your peace of mind. At OPI Rentals we have designed a comprehensive list of additional services*. This list is not exhaustive by any means and we hope to alter and add to it as we continue to evolve and innovate. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a service which is both professional and personal to all of our clients.

Property Stylists

We offer the following property styling solutions to ensure a prompt and maximum rental return.

Not to be confused with interior design, property styling is about presenting a property as an appealing product to a wide range of buyers rather than creating a personalised interior.

It is not about spending vast amounts of money on expensive designer furnishings, but being clever with our client's budget and stretching it as far as possible.

Translation Service

Do you need translations of brochures, advertising texts, contracts, web pages, operating instructions, catalogues, software, correspondence etc? Our multi-lingual teams are always on hand to help with any translations including Spanish, German, Dutch, Polish and Russian.

Fax & Telephone Charges

Our offices are happy to send/receive faxes on your behalf and provide telephone facilities for your use.

Emergency Telephone Availability

Our office hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 1 pm Saturday and our staff will be only too happy to help with any enquiries or difficulties that you may have. Out of office hours we are able to offer our 24/7 service in case of emergency and a one-hour call out service for plumbers, electricians etc.

Key Collection Service

We offer a complementary key collection service during office hours. Should you require out of office hours collections, arrangements can easily be made. Any alternative key collection arrangement will be entirely at owner's risk.

Security

On production of written authorisation from our client we can provide keys to contractors. There are, however, a number of conditions regarding security and key holding and we must therefore ask you to discuss these with your dedicated property manager.

Repairs and Maintenance

During the course of your normal property inspections various maintenance/repair situations may arise. These will be notified to you immediately and we will be happy to provide you with our own, most competitive quotations.

Laundry

OPI Rentals operates a full, professional laundry service. Also, if you would like us to collect dirty linen from your property, take it to the laundry and deliver it to your property when cleaned we will be happy to do so. We can also purchase extra sets of linen and place them in your property.

Full Inventory

Your personal OPI inspector, upon your request, will make a full inventory of the property's contents. Inventories are essential if your second home is very much in use by guests. Also an inventory will become invaluable in the unfortunate event of a break-in or the property's contents being damaged and any resulting insurance claim.

Supplementary / Administration Services

As part of our aim to offer the most innovative and professional property management service OPI Rentals can arrange to pay suppliers etc. on your behalf (on receipt of cleared funds in your client account of course). There may be times when a large item, such as a new barbecue may need to be delivered to your property before you arrive for your holiday, in which case OPI Rentals will be happy to help.
