When we are asked to present we are constantly asked the same questions, "how many weeks can you guarantee me rent", "its best to buy on the golf course or by the beach". These questions are asked from estate agents both small and large to individuals who are looking at the buy-to-let market in the European holiday areas. We answer with experience, honesty and with advice that is second to none in the industry. Many clients are told by agents that their properties can be rented out "all year" if they buy on a golf course and that they will receive "x" amount for the property per week. But, on what basis and experience do they get this information from their so called "friendly" agent. The truth is the agent will say what the client wants to hear. Unfortunately many fall into this trap and hopefully through our innovative approach and seminar discussions we can re-educate the buying public and the industry in general.
