Overseas Property Investments (OPI Rentals) is now firmly established as the leading property management and lettings company on the Spanish Coast. We have an increasing number of offices in the Costa regions of Spain, and we are continually adding to this with new branches opening on a regular basis. All of us here at OPI Rentals are very excited as we will soon be able to offer our industry leading services to various parts of Europe, specialising in the most popular holiday destinations.

At OPI Rentals we are continually evolving to suit our changing market and our clients’ needs. No other company offers so many services to property owners and their tenants. OPI Rentals strives to be innovative and with the launch of our exclusive Holiday Representatives in our coastline resorts our clients are able to offer their customers and tenants a unique service. Furthermore we recently launched our 24/7 service giving our clients emergency help with one hour call out for electrical, plumbing and locksmithing – another first from OPI Rentals. We know from experience that sometimes these things can happen, and we want to put peace of mind into your holiday home ownership.

OPI Rentals are proud to be the founder member of the Property Management and Letting Association of Spain. OPI Rentals actively engages with Estate Agents to offer Property Management under their brand, also with Developers to deliver onsite Resort Management Services including 24hour security, maintenance and letting services. OPI Rentals are now also involved in managing and letting commercial units throughout our branch network. Many companies now choose to outsource their services such as cleaning, maintenance, electrical and plumbing services to OPI and with the launch of our affiliate programme our partnerships are becoming even stronger.
