Having delivered property management and associated services to residential clients OPI Rentals and it's Resort Management Division are now engaging in discussions with major developers to provide on-site resort management to its owners. This service is not only including general key holding and visits to the properties but also OPI Resorts are currently handling the 24 hour security, garden and pool maintenance together with emergency services on a 24 hour basis.

OPI Offices will be located on-site within the various complexes. Developers have seen that to enable them to be differentiated from their competition they need to be seen to offering tangible value added benefits and this is where OPI Services deliver.
