Coaching and Training
At OPI Rentals we understand that to get the very best out of its employees and to be able to constantly motivate requires a modern and proactive approach. All employees attend an induction course and this is from our trades people up to senior managers and territory directors. All new employees that are recruited for the franchise network are also trained in their particular roles and are also coached by the training team at the Headquarters and within their own branch.
